Fine stay, nicely decorated, very decently clean. The mandatory valet parking was really inconvient and annoying, plus SUPER expensive. That alone would make me look elsewhere for a place to stay next time I visit.

Very close to Broadway and attractions. Most staff was very friendly. Ocean in the lounge was awesome!

Great central location for all the fun stuff goin on! Easy walking distance to Broadway, The Listening Room, The Station Inn in the Gulch…. The hotel is clean, quiet and a little swanky. Bonus: bartenders are fun and welcoming. Try the Broadway Girl at the Hoppy Bird. :)

The area is very walkable and while this location may not be “close” to broadway, there were plenty of people walking to and from the area that made the location feel near, while also far enough to achieve some peace.

I thought your overnight parking fee of 59.99 was too high. i wound up parking at the Music City Convention Center for 35.00 per night. It was only a four block walk but i would have preferred parking at the hotel. Will have to consider that the next time i come to Nashville.

I tipped the valet and he didnt even say thank you. I asked the front desk for a cart and there were none. The.front desk told me that they cant keep track of the carts when people keep them. In my opinion its the staffs responsibility to keep track of hotel property and ensure carts are retuned ao that guests can use them

Stayed here for an over night stop and it was just right. Everyone that worked here was welcoming and nice. Valet parking was very easy and convenient.

Hotel was clean and had plenty of food and drink options. Location was great since it’s an easy walk to Broadway street. Rooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable .Would definitely stay here again.

Your evening staff (we arrived at about 12:30 AM after a long drive from Florida) was rude and very unpleasant. It was u fortunate as everything else was great.

The overnight staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I had an issue with someone following me back to my hotel and the front desk person made me feel safe and took care of the issue immediately. I was traveling alone and I really appreciated the staff helping me!

Great hotel and perfect location - just close enough it's an easy walk to Broadway and many other areas in Nashville, but far enough away (1/3rd of a mile) that the music on Broadway won't keep you awake til 2 am!! Rob at the main level hotel bar was fantastic! Friendly yet professional; laid back & fun, yet very efficient! He was a hard worker and greeted everyone with a smile! We loved hanging out there and having a nightcap at the end of our day. We had a great stay here!

I was bumped from my booked king room to 2 doubles at check in. When I explained that my spouse was 6’5”, they moved me back to a king. I don’t understand why you would sell a room that is unavailable, but I appreciate the resolution. Very nice, clean property!
