"Super Fast check in and out. Easy access to Convention Center and surrounding business. Approximately 5 min walk to everything (Fashion outlet, Restaurant District), 10 min walk to CTA blue line Goes to o’Hare airport or downtown Chicago).
Only con. Shuttle service (45 min wait) and bar service (15 min wait) slow.

"I had a bad experience at another hotel while visiting Chicago for a basketball tournament and thankfully was able to find another hotel quickly. Upon checking in, staff member Jared was great. He was sympathetic to what I went through at the other hotel and unexpectedly gave us an upgraded junior suite and a parking pass for our stay there at the hotel. People do not have to be kind to you and I'm extremely grateful for Jared being so kind to my family and I. The room was a total 360 from the other hotel room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable. I enjoyed our stay there and if I ever visit Chicago again, this hotel will be high on my list. "
