Cuando llegamos, la persona que supuestamente debía estar en la oficina, estaba en un bar cercano tomando cervezas. Tuvimos que ir a ese bar para preguntar si sabían quién era la persona responsable de este motel. Cuando por fin conseguimos hacer el Check-in, esta persona nos dijo que podía haber insectos en la habitación porque habían estado haciendo reparaciones de fontanería recientemente. Efectivamente, cuando entramos, todo estaba lleno de cucarachas (baño, habitación, etc.) Cuando volvimos a la oficina, esta persona ya había cerrado (se supone que hay atención 24 horas). Decidimos irnos de allí y buscar otro motel en la misma localidad. El Motel Imperial 400 Motor Inn es una auténtica MIERDA. Es un lugar SUCIO y lleno de CUCARACHAS. ¡NO VAYÁIS!

We found dead bugs in the bathtub and live ones I had to crush. The floor was not that clean with no attention to details. The whole room plus bed was outdated.

bring your own stuff
Insects throughout room on the walls, floor, bathroom and on the beds. Towels looked like mechanics rags...literally. table had dirty streaks, T.V. didn't work. you're lucky if you get a room with functioning lights as well. If you decide to stay here after reading this, be sure to bring the following items: 1. your own bedsheets 2. insecticide 3. windex 4. towels 5. alcohol wipes the pool is closed not for the winter it's being rebuilt. think cabin in the woods ...then it won't be so bad. Upside: the reception lady was very polite

Really bad service. Room was full with cockroaches and also there is bedbugs. I am doing this review because this might help improve the place. Really unhappy.

DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Do NOT recommend this place! Place is absolutely disgusting and the lady there was rude. My husband is away for the military and I was driving with family. I asked him to book my hotel for me because everyone was sleeping in the car. After pulling up, I realized it was a sketchy area. I went up to the window to ask her for a refund and told her I had to leave. Never once did I step foot into that room. Well after doing research I realized that she checked me in and out of the room. I lost the money for this two queen sized beds. Lots of nasty reviews of this place anyways!

Nicer interior than expected
The room was nicer than I anticipated. The room had nice furniture and wood flooring which gave it a much better overall feeling. The only con was it being located by a railroad track/yard which wasn't loud or anything just unsightly.

Check Inn war nicht besetzt, wir sollten eine Nummer anufen doch da ging nur die Mailbox ran. Andere Hotelgäste (Alkoholisierte Dauergäste) sagten uns das wir am Zimmer 103 anklopfen sollten. Der Mann dort machte den Check Inn nachdem wir ihn geweckt haben. Zimmer war suf den ersten Blick i.O. auf den zweiten Blick waren Krabbeltiere zu finden und die Matratze war schon sehr durchgelegen. Die ganze Nacht nur 2 Stunden geschlafen da der Übermieter ständig in seinem Zimmer rumgelaufen ist und dadurch die Decke dehr geknatzt hat.

Got in late. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was a bit hot but it cooled off fast with AC.

Avoid if you want sleep
Some tweaks were in the room above me. They kept me awake until 4 am. Repeated complaints to management fell on deaf ears. I was awakened at 6:30am to people talking about their experiences of getting high. Their voices came through the bathroom window that did not completely close. Terrible place.

I didn't even check in. Photographs online must be old ones. I decided from the parking lot to eat it on my reservation and go somewhere else.

I would say you should not represent this type of hotel , it to be updated and cleaned , and exterminated of bed bugs.

Cancelled reservation with no warning
I had booked this hotel through Expedia for a weekend getaway. When we arrived and I went to check in, the lobby stunk of cigarette smoke, there was no one at the front desk, and when someone finally did come out, they casually informed me that they had been overbooked and my reservation meant nothing. Definitely would not ever book there again.

This place is cheap and clean
The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. The beds were clean however they must have used a cloth that had not been rinsed. The table had a grime on it from what they wiped it with. The place must be used to house locals. People were coming in and out from town. Everyone kept to themselves and did not bother us. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere cheap.

We checked in late to the motel and saw a really dirty bathroom. There were also stains on the fabric chairs. We didn't bother to change a room since it was very late. Wouldn't recommend this place.

This place is a sleazy dump! The neighborhood is in depression and clearly unsafe. There was no one to admit me. It should never have been on any list as acceptable.

Bad Experience
I arrived at 3:05 .Office was locked and empty. I rang button outside door 4-5 times no response. I called motel number and could hear it ringing outside but still no response. after 25 minutes of waiting in near 100 degree temperature I left written note and put in drop key slot telling them I was cancelling reservation and was not pleased. Finally reached by phone at another hotel I found in town and lady said she was sleeping earlier .

Bien que situé sur la route 66, récemment rafraichi et doté d'une literie confortable, notre nuit dans ce motel n'a pas été ultra reposante. Pour cause, la salle de bain était infestée de cafards... A noter également la ville relativement morte le soir malgré la situation géographique : quasi impossible de manger ailleurs que dans un des deux fastfood proches après 21h. La piscine était vide lors de notre passage.
