“quite and peaceful ”

“On arrival we were told we were being upgraded to a ‘privilege’ room. Great I thought. Not so. We walked down and along to a very dark and tired room with no view on the ground floor. Yes, it had robes to wear (short, small and scratchy), yes it had a coffee machine (we don’t drink coffee) and a small fridge. I went back to reception to ask if we could see the original room but were told they were full! The large shower head was dripping water not enough to wash in and the fridge didn’t have any...

“Hotel looked great online and like a 1970s holiday camp when we arrived with metal staircases and chalet rooms We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok Breakfast was awful all in all never to be repeated again”
