Kelebek is a unique hotel in Göreme that provides top tier service and amenities to its guests. From the point of reservation until the time we flew home, we were under the careful stewardship of the staff at Kelebek. They help organize airport transfers, excursions, sight seeing, you name it. The hotel itself is immaculate with a gracious staff that clearly care about the property. The pool is small but perfectly situated above the city. The restaurant is one of the best in the city - you get breakfast there included in your stay, and it's worth making a reservation for at least one of your dinners as the food is incredible. The whole city is walkable, so it's situated in a great location to access whatever you need. Highly recommend Kelebek!

Despite the appealing cave-inspired decor and ambiance of the room our stay at the hotel was disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, we arrived late at 11 pm only to discover that the hot air balloon tour we had planned was canceled. It would have been helpful if the hotel had notified us earlier in the day so we could adjust our plans accordingly. Instead, we spent the next morning scrambling to find alternative bookings, leaving us unable to participate in any morning activities. Moreover, the main lock of the room was not working from inside so we would’ve to sleep in an unlocked room which wasn’t safe. They sent a technician to repair it at 12.30 am since there were no extra rooms. Furthermore, the room's locker was also faulty, failing to lock properly. Additionally, the utensils in the restaurant were visibly dirty with water stains. The breakfast plates were warm and emitted a foul odor due to inadequate drying. Overall, despite the pleasing aesthetic of the room, our experience with the hotel's service fell short of expectations, and we cannot recommend it to others.

We have traveled extensively for work and holiday and this hotel is the most unique and special we’ve experienced. The staff was beyond caring and helpful. The staff arranged our private guide and our balloon adventure - both excellent. Their office is open 24 hours and very safe facility. There are ample private areas to view the magnificent area. Five stars all around.

This was a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Our room was great - clean, large, and felt very special. I think the hotel’s name says it all - it is a very special hotel and I would highly and enthusiastically recommend it for anyone who is looking to visit Cappadocia!

We loved our time at Kelebek Hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing, views from the rooftops are spectacular. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We also used their spa/hamam service and it was a very relaxing experience. They helped us arrange a baloon ride and a guided tour, both of which were excellent. We also used the airport transfer arranged by them, very convenient and timely service. Overall, great experience and we highly recommend

Just a really special, unique place. One of the world’s unique travel spots, and this hotel is perfect for taking it in. We love lit! We’ve stayed four or five times. But could be challenging for those with physical mobility limitations.

The hotel is the best in cappadocia! Room is big/comfortable, facility is good, even bath room has heating hanger that can hang ur cloths, i.e. I can wash my cloth and hang there in morning, then it become dry in night. Other than this, the staff there are also very nice, friendly and always having smile on face. The hotel breakfast and dining area is also the best in cappadocia. It is aLao animal friendly hotel, the dogs there very Cute.

My 5 nights stay
Sezer and Furkhan provided excellent service. They took care of everything and on time. Staff is excellent. Only thing about property is not enough Air conditioning in rooms that makes it warm and uneasy to sleep at nights. Wish the property had AC in rooms with the digital thermostat. Property needs to be upgraded so that guests can be more comfortable. But overall property is good and at a nice location. Again staff is excellent and service was great!

Kelebek's staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was great and delicious! Love the view at their rooftop, it was awesome! The only down side was we had to climb quite a lot of steps to get to city centre and vice versa. But thats the price you had to pay for beautiful scenery!

We stayed in the fairy chimney suite. The staff at Kelebek were amazing and they made sure that’ll we were always comfortable and special. Their green red combination tour with organic lunch in a farm string was fantastic!!

Such a lovely and unique building. The staff were brilliant and friendly and we loved meeting whisky the dog! We also took advantage of the farm breakfast and walk they offer guests free of charge and it was a fantastic experience with amazing food! The room was lovely too and had fantastic views. Thank you

Great location and beautiful grounds. The breakfast was also wonderful. The dinner restaurant and bar at their sister property next door was nicer and we went over there a lot. Our only major complaint was that we reserved the honeymoon suite and the bathroom plumbing emitted a pretty gross smell. We let the front desk know right after we checked in and they said they sent someone to check on it but it was never resolved. It wasn't a dealbreaker but it did make the bathroom smell pretty nasty throughout our trip.
