We had a great stay! Beautiful property. Close to restaurants and we could walk to Bourbon Strret and the French Quarter without actually staying there. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Shades in bathroom had not been dusted in what seems FOREVER. Shower floor mildewed. Carpet had dog hair on it The staff was amazing and friendly. Area around hotel did not feel safe, although I that is a NOLA problem not the hotel.

Good location, not very efficient arrival for valet parking. Big hotel that was probably 5 star in its day. Rooms are dated at this point. Prices were reasonable for a suite. Overall good

The hotel was super clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable. I really enjoyed the amenities and the robes in the room were a nice addition! We traveled with kids and they appreciated the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!

While my overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, there were a couple of minor inconveniences that I encountered. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk clerk that my room was not yet ready, and I was assured that I would receive a notification once it was prepared. However, after waiting for two hours, I returned to the front desk to inquire about my room status, and a different clerk informed me that my room had actually been ready just 15 minutes after my initial check-in. Additionally, I had a dining credit of $21 that was not applied during my visit. I appreciate your attention to these matters and would like to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything about my stay was excellent! Wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was so helpful and nice. When i arrived someone was playing the piano in the lobby it gave 5 star!!

We have stayed here for years. We really love this property. It is convenient, the bar is wonderful with great drinks and a local feel. The people are helpful and kind. We have been coming for probably 30 years now and the decor has never really changed. I think therte was a restaurant update but the rooms are very dated and now dirty. There was an enourmous amount of dust accumulation behind our bathroom sink in the slated blinds. The location, room size, and people are such an asset, please take some time to fully scrub and update this property! We want to keep coming.

The price when I booked my room was $17.40 less than the amount I was charged when I checked out. I was overcharged. It is not right to book a room at one price and then charge more than that!

The only issue i had was the ice machine wasbroken in my floor. I have to have ice in everything. So going to get it on a different floor was an inconvenience

The hotel is beautiful. It was everything we could have wanted with two small exceptions: the front desk clerk that we first dealt with was obviously in training and almost had us in a room that we didn't reserve (resv's were made 5 months prior), until another clerk corrected her error and ended up giving us an upgrade for the inconvenience. My only other issue is that there is nothing on their website that indicates they have a pool at all - I didn't bother bringing a bathing suit because I didn't think they had a pool, but once we got there, we found that they do. So I was a little irritated by that. Otherwise it was a great place to stay, albeit a bit expensive.

We got to check in early with no problem! The hotel gave us a $20 Uber credit and $20 to spend at the bar or dining area.

We stayed at Loews for 5 days the week of Mardi Gras. We enjoyed the helpful staff and closeness to the French Quarter. I bought a room with a view of the Mississippi River and unfortunately another hotel is going up, so i got a little glimpse of the river from the 17th floor. But the new building is ugly and under construction. The room was okay. Pretty standard, nothing special. The room was loud, we were close to the parades and could hear the streets all night long. Something i didn't think about before booking. Finally, expedia says the resort fees will be due at arriving. So i was prepared for that, i wasnt prepared for the 300 incidental fee that wasnt returned to my card for 3 days after we got home. Overall, i would visit again, but i will look into booking somewhere else first.

The hotel was very nice. A beautiful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very pretty. I would definately stay there again. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Hannah in the bar and grill was vert attentive.

Nice hotel, good front desk service, rooms were nice. Only weird thing is that they charged for decaf coffee and black tea at their lobby coffee station. They only provide caffeinated coffee for free due to using a latte machine for the other two. In the room, they give you decaf coffee and green tea but no black tea. Seems like they need to figure out how to provide black tea for free. That is not a strange request.
