We had a wonderful experience for our 3 night stay. Staff was great! Renee was super sweet. Housekeeping staff were kind and helpful as well. The breakfast menu could use some alternating- for those that stay multiple nights, however everything was edible and area stayed clean and for the most part stocked. The pool area was clean but was not heated. No hot tub available. Nice location for anything in Canton to Berlin. Will be staying there again!

We have stayed there many times for several years and was very pleased with price, location, condition, staff and safety. It was apparent this time that management has changed. The common areas were dirty, breakfast was less than good but the room/bed was comfortable. Sorry to see the maintenance slipping to the point that I will go elsewhere on my next trip.

Little 2 story hotel tucked behind another hotel which was nice and quiet. Didn’t hear any traffic. Toilet took forever to flush. Beds comfortable.

Good value for the immediate are.

Nice overnight during longer road trip. Hotel is convenient near the interstate and lots of food & services. Room was very clean & comfortable. Overall the furniture and fixtures are quite worn & tired. Desk chair leaned sideways enough to be scary, tub drained very sloooowly, such that I was nearly ankle deep near the end of my shower. Breakfast was fair and similar to most hotels. Price was way better than other hotels nearby.

Could have been better

The staff was excellent. Too bad the maintenance of the floors didn’t match. The carpet in the halls were stained and dirty. Even the tile floor could have used a good mopping. Our room though clean has a strange smell to it

Whole facility was dirty& smelled. Toilet didn't work & no one came to fix. Stayed here several times , the last in August 2024. Could not believe how bad it has become in less than a year. Always liked coming here, but will never be back.

Great Breakfast. Comfortable beds.

The ladies at the counter were very kind and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I did notice that the gym could benefit from some improvements in its overall condition. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.

For those unfamiliar with the area, Starbucks and Jersey Mike's is within walking distance. Walmart, Burger King, Big Lots, Dollar Tree all within a quarter mile.

The stay was nice. They do need to do some repairs, such as the hair dryer wall mount was coming off the wall. The shower head should be changed to one that can be moved for height and angle.
