"My wife and I traveled to JFK the night before a long flight overseas. The hotel was a great part of breaking up a long journey. From the time we entered the airport, signs identifying the location of the hotel were everywhere and very clearly guided us. JFK is in the middle of a major construction project so easily finding the hotel is important. Once in the hotel, all was very efficiently done. We would recommend the hotel for anyone with the same needs as ours."

"Great location, and the staff was friendly overall. However, one older individual working at the front desk had a bit of an attitude. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The hotel definitely needs some renovations, as it was a bit janky, but we still enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the location."

"This is my second time staying at the Marriott Marquis Times Square. I love that the hotel is centrally located. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is the lack of a microwave. My friend and I had lots of leftovers and no way to warm them up. We took advantage of eating at the restaurant Revel & Rye on the premises and it was amazing food (especially the breakfast sandwich). Levain bakery is one of my many stops I love going to when I’m in the city, So I was excited to see that there’s a Levain bakery inside the hotel. I got my cookie fix almost every day. I had an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you love being in the center of all the action Times Square has to offer. I will definitely be booking again for my yearly trip to NYC."
