Convenient to Grand Central, not too noisy by NYC standards. Neighborhood pretty dull but staff very nice. Hotel clean, good bed, lots of pillows.

Our first time & we Love this place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room very spacious with good views. Loved everything about this place & my daughter loved the tv in the bathroom, made bath time more enjoyable! Definitely an added plus.

Great Value

Hotel was clean, staff was courteous, and noise was kept to a minimum given the construction around the building. Didn’t encounter any hassling for timeshares. Was here for two day business conference located on Park Ave which was a 10 minute walk. Deli on the corner has some really good sandwiches and Grand Central Food Court is only a 10 min walk away.

Resort?

Great location. Nice sized rooms that are comfortable, but no housekeeping services provided even when we asked for clean towels and more coffee supplies. Also want to sell you a timeshare so you have to deal with that at check-in. Billing itself as a "resort" but not really a resort.

Excellent. Still won't ever stay here again.

The property was great, staff were wonderful, my room was well appointed, the location is good. But thanks the ghastly interraction with a salesperson trying to harrass me into a buying a load of old touristy nonsense when all I wanted to do was get to my room after a long flight (and with heavy baggage), I will never stay here again. That lack of sensitivity from the salesbod has put me off ever going back - plenty of other options in NYC.

Nice room, good location very near the UN building. Be warned, it is a timeshare so you'll run the gauntlet of timeshare sales people as you enter and leave. Not too pushy but annoying none the less. It's New York, so the car horns will be 24/7 but that's pretty unavoidable anywhere in Manhattan but if you've not been before, it can be an unfortunate surprise. Not unique to this hotel though. If you're prepared for the timeshare sales, it's a nice place to stay.

The staff were very helpful at check-in but we did find it a little off putting to have the time share sales people 'accost' us as we made our way to the lifts to go to our room. They informed us it was the 2nd stage of checking in - which is simply not true! We politely declined being subjected to a sales pitch. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. I can recommend this property...and it was much quieter than where we had stayed previously in Midtown where traffic noise reached us even on the 17th floor.

Tive pontos positivos e negativos: Negativos: não ter café da manhã, não ter serviço de camareiras não houve troca de toalhas,sampoos , retirada de lixo e arrumar a cama. Check out é até às 10 horas da manhã. Na recepção após o check in, você não vai para o quarto enquanto não passar por um pelotão de vendedores te oferecendo para ser associado do complexo que eles tem. Positivos: localização excelente da para ir a pé na ONU, Broadway, Mancys, Grand Station, Edificio Summit, Biblioteca. Oferecem atividade no 34°andar com uma vista espetacular da cidade teve dia que serviram espumante, outro um oficina de pintura. Chuveiro , cama, traveseiros excelentes, disponibilizam no quarto uma cafeteira , ferro de passar, secador de cabelo e no terreo e no terraço tem uma máquina de café e de chocolate quente grátis.

The reason I gave four stars is because the staff at the front desk and the doorman were exceptional. However, after checking in, I went around the corner to get to the elevator and was blindsided by a woman trying to get me to schedule 90 minutes of my two day trip to listen to us timeshare pitch.. Even after explaining that I only had two days I still was pressured to try and schedule sometime. I spent 20 minutes there before I was able to get up to my room. In addition, there was no housekeeping I had to take my linens and my garbage out of the room each day and put it down the hall into an area for it to be collected.

Our arrival was anything but smooth. Ali, the lovely receptionist, will first insist that you must pay high tax – even though we had already paid through Hotels.com. Convincing him wasn’t easy, but if you manage it, congrats! You’ve passed Level One. But don’t celebrate just yet–Level Two awaits. Next, unhappy that you passed through the first obstacle, Ali, the lovely receptionist, will claim you only booked one night and must pay for the rest. This is the hardest level. Now you’ll need to call the manager(s) and explain the situation-again. If you survive these two challenges, congratulations! You’re finally free to enjoy a fantastic holiday with a stunning rooftop in a beautiful city.

가족 단위 이용하기 좋은 호텔

뉴욕의 특급 호텔 수준은 아니지만, 숙박의 편리함을 따진다면 이보다 좋을 순없을 것 같습니다. 특히 가족이 이용하기 좋고 취사가 가능하기 때문에 매우 편리합니다. 객실 분위기, 뷰(야경 등)는 기대하지 않는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다.
