The staff overall at this hotel is so friendly! I’ve stayed in the past and every time I do I have never had a bad experience. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and it’s walking distance to the theater I was seeing a show at and time square

The room was nice, but I was disappointed in the amenities. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay which was where I was excited to spend time, I never saw a gym, and there was not a place to "be" outside the room to read a book, or chill outside of the room. The cleaning staff was pleasant the room was nice and clean.
