Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Richland LES. The staff were helpful with check-in and luggage storage. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and hot shower. Location was good too with two metro stations a close distance away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel's location fit my travel plans well. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are adequate but small. The bed was comfortable. Since my room was on a lower floor, the view out the large window was dominated by the wall of the adjoining building. At this time, there's no breakfast room or other dining facility.

This was a wonderful surprise. Our room was clean, updated, and just plain lovely. Our room was one with a patio on the ocean front. The view was amazing. The restaurants were fantastic, and the town was quaint. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful little getaway by the ocean.

Super amazing kind hearted staff my room was cleaned every single night beautifully restocked all the towels and amenities even provided free snacks and water. Super helpful such a nice hotel. There is not a closet, but it did list that I just didn’t realize it, but there is a rack to hang your clothes and a thing to hold your luggage so it’s perfectly fine very clean bathroom loved it have nothing bad to say about this place.

Staff, and cleanliness were excellent and very helpful. Building is dated. Neighboring properties not so clean. 5 minute walk to F-line, ten minutes to B&D lines(Uptown). Bus stop out front to go further downtown(I didn’t use it), Some bars and restaurants are close by.

Great location for being close to restaurants and transit. Room tiny but adequate since most of the time is spent enjoying the sites and activities. First night was interesting as the couple in the next room decided to have a fight and were yelling at each other. A bit scary. Room was cleaned and water bottles were added every day.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfy, we had a great view of the city. Everything was really wonderful. It is in such a great location. Easy access to lots of good food and fun. Not too far from subway. We will being staying there again for sure!

This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing.
