The staff was quite nice, the room was nice as well. The property also offered a bar/restaurant. Having a bar/restaurant was a plus given the horrible weather we had. They also offer a discount since you are a hotel guest

Pros: located close to Times Square stuff if that's what you're interested in seeing, modern room with hip decor, bar/restaurant attached, strong wifi. Cons: though new looking, furnishings were worn, small lobby and elevator, walls a little thin.

Great location, everything was fine until the last day. Hot water was out for about 2-3 hours in the entire building. Then after it came back on around 1am, Fire alarms were going on and off for about 2 hours and the hallway ceiling was leaking water heavy. Then around 10am the hot water was back off.

Everything was super close by subway was right in front. Very convenient for Times Square and subway stations close to restaurants and shops in the heart of Times Square walkable distance to shows, target, cvs. Room was very small but cozy and was perfect for two. Great customer service at front desk. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. Ac/ heater had to be operated by someone from maintenance. Shower did not have hot water or I didn’t know how to turn it on cause the sink water was very hot.

The hotel was misrepresented as a 3-star offering. It was clear there was a problem with the hot water. I see this is a common issue reported now by many Google reviewers for this property. When the desk was questioned about this, their standard response was to leave the water running for 10 to 15 minutes because of “old pipes.” The old pipes are clearly not the issue. That is a made up response to get Expedia off their back it seems like. When I contacted Expedia about this issue they said they would look into it — and the response I received was the same — old pipes. After returning in the evening, there was immediately scalding hot water for 10 seconds. It was then cold for the duration of my entire stay. There were also bags of trash that were dragged through the hotel that left streaks through the elevator. Two people-sized bags were also left in the stairwell I found when I didn’t really want to go back through the elevator. There is no winning with this place. I asked Expedia to consider removing this offering from their platform since it undermines their rating methodology and is clearly misrepresented. They declined looking into it further. Evidently their fare sharing trumps customer problems. Beware my friends.
