Our stay at the Millennium Premier New York Times Square was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Monique at the front desk made us feel genuinely welcome. She and the entire staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay because everything was just perfect. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

During our stay at the hotel, I wished there had been enough space in the breakfast room; it was too small and crowded, with only a couple of families able to sit there. I am not a huge fan of how they serve breakfast, as the line for coffee is terrible. One of the elevators stopped working, which was a little concerning, but the location is very good.

Very convenient location, staff were very helpful, polite- Juliana, Marcia and Monique went above and beyond. Breakfast was a good addition, l wish it was more than just pastries, fruit and yoghurt- but very grateful for it. Room was clean for the most part, some hair strands in the bathroom on arrival. Overall, happy with the stay would definitely go back.

They have a very professional manager named George. He knows how to listen and solve problems. The property is very nice and quiet. They pay attention treating each other person as if they were the only guest present. It take a years to cultivate that kind of of a customer service. I observed the interaction it was great.

Liked the room amenities, top floor, cleanliness, bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the premium King room, so the robe and slippers were a nice add. A couple things need fixing - 1) two lights didn’t work not sure if they were fused or issue with the switches. 2) The A/c couldn’t be controlled- meaning the air was blowing strong and loud even when we set it up to low and increased temp. Breakfast was a let down and could have been better - they did not have anything hot. Bagels were there but couldn’t be toasted. Coffee was good.
