We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Thompson Central Park New York by Hyatt! The hotel was in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Manhattan has to offer. The atmosphere was modern, stylish, and upscale, making it the perfect choice for a special weekend away. Our room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the overall experience made our stay feel extra special. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine at great restaurants, or explore Central Park, this hotel is perfectly situated. We would definitely recommend it for a couples’ getaway and would love to stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and staff was very kind and helpful. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast brunch and dinner cuisine and the taste us amazing. This hotel is a few streets from Central Park and near subways for easy travel. Its within reasonable walking distance to Times Square and Broadway shows. I will definitely stay here again.

Thompson hotel was a great place to stay. The entire building was very clean and the maintenance staff were extremely friendly. The TV could turn, so that was really cool! The AC fluctuates between different temperatures, so it was kind of funny.

I had a really great stay here. From the moment we entered and received a warm and friendly welcome from Chris who was incredible throughout to the day of departure. It was amazing that Chris actually remembered our names because the hotel was full and also had celebrity guests (due to the US Open). Room was a decent size, very roomy for New York and regularly cleaned. Some previous guests have complained about the cost of eating at the hotel - it is expensive but certainly not extortionate for its location. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. There are also many eateries and restaurants within walking distance (Applejack diner was my favourite and the cheapest for breakfast). The gym at the hotel is open 24 hours and is excellent. Overall this was an excellent choice, great location (walking distance to Central Park, shops, theatre district, restaurants, and many sights, etc.), really helpful staff, good gym and albeit a tad expensive the food was good. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was located well and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff were superb. Our rooms were very clean and we were kept well supplied throughout our stay.
