The location of this hotel is excellent! The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and quiet. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a good option considering the price and value. We had a pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful stay and were so happy with our experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time, and they kindly kept our luggage so we could walk around Times Square and enjoy the city without carrying our bags. We really appreciated their hospitality and the convenience. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to New York so pleasant!

Good location and price was right! We were out all day during our stay, so the small room size was not an issue, it was all the space we needed. The decor is fun, unique, and perfect in the theater district! Would recommend for a short stay where all you need is a clean & quiet place to sleep & shower.

The best part of this hotel is that it is right one crossing away from Times Square, and I loved the fact that we could just hangout anytime at Times Square, even after an entire hectic day of sightseeing. The staff is wonderful, and really helpful. It was a bit too expensive, given the size of the room ( the room size was the only reason I stopped at 4 stars), however, the prices were inflated everywhere else for the long weekend anyway, so. Having said that, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and it is the perfect place to spend the night, if you have a tight NYC itinerary for the entire day. For staycation, not so much. But who would want a staycation in NYC anyway

The location is very convenient. I really dont like how late the check in at 4pm and how early the check out 11AM. Also, you get exhausted climbing up the stairs and paying $5 USD per luggage even backpack no discount.

Perfect stay for 2 people. The bed was big enough, comfy & clean. We were up the 4th floor and the only downside is the steep stairs. No elevator which was perfectly fine because I knew what I had signed up for!! So many food options around!! Would definitely stay again!!

The rooms are basically beds, but they’re comfortable and it’s quiet which is all you need in NYC. The showers are open so it’s hard not to get the floor wet, but you can’t beat the location and price. Be warned, it’s a walk up, no elevator. I was on the 5th floor this time, it’ll keep you in shape.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. One block away from the center of Times Square/broadway. Very small room, but it’s so clean and comfy and has a mini fridge! Bathroom was pristine. No elevator! We were on the 5th floor, but that was ok. There’s a lounge on the basement level with microwave and coffee table. Very picturesque in the lounge. Highly recommend 🗽
