The fact that this is so close to Manhattan is great in itself. Anybody saying that this is in an unsafe area is either exaggerating or stereotyping because there happens to be 2 project buildings next to it.

Heard four fireworks at night, Turns out it was not fireworks... Staff consistently corrected me during interactions which I found obnoxious especially over trivialities. Lastly, bathroom had dirt marks in tub and hairs on toilet seat before we entered.
