"This hotel was perfectly located, easily accessible to all the key attractions, including the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and Vondelpark. It was also surrounded by many restaurants, and we could just walk to the canal boat stops and public trams. The staff was professional and friendly. The only drawback was that the room was cleaned late in the afternoon and was still somewhat dusty."

"Love the history and character of this hotel. The service is incomparable and the staff is amazing. Bedding was very comfortable. Jansz restaurant was wonderful as was the Pulitzer Bar. I do wish our room had better lighting but that’s a minor issue. Great location! We hadn’t intentionally planned to be there on King’s Day and it was a bit overwhelming. The staff was helpful in informing us on what to expect and made us feel very comfortable with available services when we wanted to take a break from the outside. Highly recommend the Pulitzer!"

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
