"Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned."

"Lovely staff, but the hotel could be so much better by upgrading the rooms and increasing availability of food on offer. The gardens could also be beautiful if maintained properly. Regular bus service to and from Helensburgh which has lots of restaurants to choose from, but would be nice to be able to eat in the hotel if have been out all day."
