โWe spent 5 days at Riva .
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel if very easily accessible from the train station.
If we were ever in Helensburgh again we would certainly stay

It was a Scottish country hotel ..
We only had breakfast and that was fine ..nice dining room.
Be mindful that the road can be twisty depending what direction your coming from, but your on the right road as your wifi might go on maps , but you can still see on the map if you look ahead that your going in the right direction ๐ โ
โWhere to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more.โ
โThe hotel was very quiet and quaint. The breakfast was good and Ample. There is no lift between floors but the staircase was quite good. There was enough parking for the guests.โ
โStayed with grandchildren in a great room. Staff extremely knowledgeable and accomodating. I did not like the breakfast dining experience. No back ground music the food was not great and you coukd hear a pin drop. No one talking at tables it felt awkward. Otherwise a great stay. I will stay again it was very pricey but location is why โ
