“I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It seems to be getting better. the restaurant was a bit better. But, what was really noticeable was the staff here is extremely good! They went out of there way to be of service on several occasions. Also, a hit tip to valet, I had a special car and they new what to do, which lessens my anxiety! Good job Lido. BTW, I also stayed at the BH hotel on this trip as well, so the Lido did well!”

Also if management finds providing regular cups too costly, a suggestion to sell a cup with insignia of the inn. I think a lot...

“The street noise was very loud, and there were ants in the room. It is an expensive room for bad sleep and ants crawling on your toothbrush!”

“Very food location and rood condition & meals and pool”

“Staff was not very professional over the phone. They did not pick up when I called the property and would frequently answer with “what” something rude. Upon arrival they stated my room number out loud with other guests in the lobby which made me feel unsafe. I was also given the code for the first room I was told and then was told “actually it doesn’t work” and was given a fob to a completely different room instead. A couple of the pillows had different strands of hair on them which I felt was...

“I visited to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday, and it turned out to be the happiest trip of my life, thanks to the most healing view I have ever seen. I am deeply grateful to the manager for their kindness and efforts in commemorating my mother’s special day. It was an unforgettable birthday journey!”
