"Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "

Always a warm welcome when I arrive, Further the location is super with short distance to Nguyen Hue walking street etc. The breakfast is also very good. Icon Saigon is highly recommended! "

"Great hotel in great location"

"We loved this hotel. Very nice room with comfortable bed, great pool with city views, good rooftop bar. Staff was very helpful, made suggestions for places to get bahn mi and pho at local places and helped us with a Grab to the airport. It’s in a mall which seems odd but it’s not! Mall food court is actually really good. "
