Shower too small, bed and pillows terrible, whoever bought these items for the hotel should have tried them before. Breakfast not very good either. The location is great and the staff was very nice.

Hotel is nice and average. Decent price for what you get. Room was very large but had a few odd half repairs such as the shower tiles were poorly fixed, random patches of wallpaper cut and pasted, and fixed wall knicks missing paint. Overall was spacious and comfortable.

Because we booked through a third party, Expedia’, we were given a room outside the hotel, in a motel setting next door. When we request a different room, we were told, no. We ended having to change anyway, because the heat didn’t work in the room. We were given a room on the second floor of the hotel, th TV did not work. A maintenance man had to come and set it all up. As soon as we changed the channel, we lost the connection. Also a set up for coffee was there, but no coffee maker. Internet was really good, and breakfast was good as well. Staff polite and cordial.

Disappointed and Disgusted
Of the start, the hotel was very misleading. They provided us with information in regards to parking that seemed as if the parking was free, only to be slapped with a $20/night parking. Second problem: We went up to our room to find that’s the TV as claimed by the hotel is a SMART TV, which gives the assumption that Netflix, Disney+ and other various streaming options would work. Yet the TV does not connect to the internet, only Live Cable TV is available, even though the TV itself has the Netflix and other apps built in, they DO NOT WORK. Our heater didn’t work, after we notified them, they told us they can’t do anything on our first night there, they said we’d have to wait until the morning for someone to fix it. Come morning time, I had to go down to the concierge yet again to let them know, at which point they sent a technician to our room. He came and realized that it doesn’t work, yet told us to go about our day and when we come back that it doesn’t work still we can go to the concierge and switch our room. After this, they ended up giving us a different room, which was worse in its own way. The room smelled like rotten eggs, we had to use air freshener the whole night we were there just to sleep the night and get out the next morning. I pleaded for 2 days to talk to a manager, and the only answer I got was “the manager isn’t here” I asked for contact information, they refused to provide the managers information. I will be seeking a refund with corporate.

The bathroom tub the tap was broken. Because i booked on expedia we did not stay at the hotel they have another building beside it and needed aiot of work. The toilet was running. At the first room they gave us had no heat so they gave us another room.. if you wanted to use the pool you had to go outside to the hotel. I always get hotel so the kids can swim. I will not use this hotel again it was a disappoint.

So the place wasn’t that bad. Our room was on the second floor but looked like a basement apartment. It was a big room but nothing was plugged in. The bathroom had cupboards was ratty, holes in the floor and light switch in the door trim. Bed was fine. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok but needs to be set up differently. The other customers we rude and blocking everything. Parking was way but it is an extra cost.

It was within walking distance to many attractions and was quiet. The relative upkeep of the hotel was shoddy. Needed repairs and painting. The a/c was loud and the filters were filthy. The bed was not comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Besides being in a nice location and there were negatives in regards to the property: The washroom in the room had a musty smell and the toilet paper holder was broken. There was dirt on the bedspread of one of the beds. There were limited channels on the TV. WiFi wasn't working. Besides the front desk area, the property overall didn't feel inviting.
