일단 혼자서 퀸베드 두개를 이용하게 되었는데 특가라 싸서 좋았다.. 그리고 객실이 청결하고 넓었다. 근데 한국 호텔과 같이 제공되는것이 부족했다. 직원은 매우 친절했고 식당도 마음에 든다.

Staff was amazing. BUT the Property needs to be renovated. Dirty, odor, bugs, AC issues , very dusty, majority stuff in the washroom was broken, coffee maker was dirty, and thank god it was a weekend getaway. I wouldnt recommended. I will never trust reviews again or rating. We came to hotel just to sleep because of the condition of the room

I noticed several dead bugs in the bathroom, I also noticed the coffee you put coffee in was a bit stuck with coffee inside which I proceeded to clean out from prior use. Overall the rooms were fairly clean, but there was only one hand towel and one washcloth in the bathroom that contained two beds which would mean only one person could only use one hand towel the other person would have to use a bath towel. The curtains on the widows were in need of a bit of properly clipped. One was half falling down. The young man that checked us in was very courteous though.

Across the road from the Marriot hotel and pricing was excellent for a very large room at less than half the price. Walkable to the Niagara Falls convention centre and Casino.

Rodeway is in a great location, easy to walk to the falls, casino and dining.......we did book a 2 night stay, and there was no visit to the room by housekeeping, which is ok, except that we needed our coffee supplies replenished for the 2nd morning. Overall we were happy with the accomodations, clean and nice and big, a bit dated but great priice, so it all works out!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and bright, beds were comfortable. No fridge in room. Ice maker and a microwave down the hall. Close to all attractions and restaurants. 5 minute walk to incline railway down to falls. Good value for a cheaper priced hotel. We will stay again.

The staff was helpful, but be aware you are not able to control the temperature in your room. The temperature is controlled by the front desk and it was either too hot or too cold. The front desk had to run the heat as well as the A/C to make it comfortable.

Hello, I’m afraid that this is incorrect. All guest have control on how they like their room. The only thing we can do is shut off the a/c and heater off. We would have to leave front desk completely. My front desk agents is aware of this.

The staff were very helpful as my Expedia reservation did not go through. Colin was thorough and texted me that everything is taken care and let the day shift and manager be aware of the situation. When we arrived our room was ready. We asked for extra blankets, not a problem. Very polite and accomodating. Housekeeping girls were very friendly. If you are on a budget and dont mind fancy. The price and location is great. Great smiles all around. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

I was very pleased that it was a shot walking distance to the falls but was not happy about having to pay for parking additionally from the fee of staying at Rodeway Inn.

Nothing specifically was overly "bad" pretty standard for a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Carpets were a bit rough - outlets need some serious updates.

Ordentliches Hotel. Für uns war es für eine Nacht super und auch der Weg zu den Wasserfällen war für uns als gute Läufer kein Problem. Da es am Rand der Vergnügungszone liegt, ist es sicher nicht für jeden geringer. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es genug Möglichkeiten für in typisches amerikanisches Frühstück. Zimmer schön groß.

Convenient location near the falls and the fact that you can park your car right at your room door also, a delightful pizzeria nearby however, fell short in terms of value. Though efforts were made to keep it clean, the property's condition didn't quite justify its price.

Towels were blood stained so I was afraid to use them. Employees werent on the same page and gave me conflicting information regarding my $200 deposit. Instructions were confusing in terms of what area we can park.

Hello Phillip, I find it extremely odd that we would have stained "Blood" towels. We take cleanliness very serious. and would NEVER leave stained sheets/towels in the room. Regards the deposit, Everyone is on the same with it. We even send the deposit information apart of your confirmation email that way there is no confusion for when you arrive at the hotel. ALL staff are trained to say in diffferent ways to make sure it matched your bank statement. (Every bank is different when it comes down to pre-auths/holds. ) If you have anything else, that you want to discuss please contact the hotel. We will be happy to help.
