Please never go this hotel !
Terrible hotel. Please never go! No refrigerator, Too slow wi-fi! They had never exchanged a bad sheet during staying hotel. Even we had covered ourself with a torn and dirty blanket.

Hôtel bien situé proche de la gare, l'avenue commerçante Jean Médecin, de la promenade des Anglais, la vieille ville...tout ça qu'on peut faire a pied. Bonne superficie et hauteur du plafond de la chambre, belle salle de bain il ne manque juste une parois coulissante dans la douche afin d'éviter les éclaboussures. Il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre pas la possibilité de régler la température. Aussi tout le long de notre séjour il y avait sur le rebord extérieur de la fenêtre un gobelet avec des mégots de cigarette laissé par les précédents clients. Il y a une odeur pas agréable dans l'ascenseur.

Sejour de 2 nuits Alors que j'avais été ravie lors de mes 2 séjours, non consecutifs, dans l'établissement , je suis assez déçue cette fois. Ayant réservé 2 nuits séparées , dont une arrivée tardive pour laquelle j'avais prévenu, je constate , alors que j'ouvre la porte ,que la chambre choisie a été attribuée. On m'en donne une autre , il est tard , soit , j'accepte. Le lendemain je fais part de l'incident, et on me rétorque qu'il faudra garder la chambre impossible d'en avoir une autre Résultat une chambre plus petite , a 2 lits séparés alors que j'avais réservé un lit double et une douche qui s'ecoule dans le couloir ....

Great Value - smelly drains.
Great value for $$$ in convenient place to tram and airport and there's a cheap Lidl nearby. Renovated room and nice eating area and terrace. The only neg is the sewage drain smells up the room. Keep door of washroom closed after airing the room out. Elevators sort of tiny too but no biggy. Would recommend.

Schönes Modernes Hotel mit guter Lage
Sehr schönes Zimmer in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraße und Bahnhof. Super sauber, top ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, sehr modern. Raumlüftung, Regendusche, Kaffeemaschine. Hatten einen super unkomplizierten und schönen Aufenthalt.

Bon accueil par le personnel de nuit comme de jour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire et de de thé dans le chambre. Les doubles rideaux de notre chambre n'étaient pas en bon état et le lavabo de la salle de bain n'evacuez pas l'eau. L'hôtel est bien situé et reste un bon rapport qualité prix

I arrived 2 hours before check in started hoping I could just leave my luggage, but they were able to give me a room which was nice, but when I got into the room, it still hasn't been cleaned from the last guests, the towels were on the ground, the bed was slept in, and the garbage was full. They did give me a new room after I brought this to their attention but when I went to sleep I noticed a small bloodstain on the sheets. Overall it was ok for the price I paid

The rooms were on the smaller side and not so well kept in shape and the I found the house keeping lacking on their routines clean wise. They had us come back in the middle of lunch because they needed us to change rooms due to maintenance. They offed us breakfast on the house for the entire stay, which we rejected because it was totally horrible. When we got our new room it was dirty. Dirty as in not cleaned from the previous guests.

great hotel but there is a huge ant problem
Great hotel. wonderful location. beautiful room. Only problem for me was it was infested with ants. they covered the wall and made a line on the floor you can't have any food or snacks in the room. they will cover it and crawl on your face at night. otherwise great

Close to train and tram.
Friendly staff, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the train station and all of the city shops etc. A nice walk to the beach or the tram is also close.

It’s such a great place Nice location but my room was infested with ants like covering the floor walls garbage etc they gave me one ant trap that did nothing I kept asking for spray but they refused to buy any At night they crawled on my face and arms I cannot wait to not be there in the ant infested room

Great placement and service
A nice room with a big comfy bed and a large bathroom. Very close to the station, tram lines and shopping centre. The service was really good and out bags could be on hold in the lobby outside of check in/out without charge.

L’hôtel ne correspond en aucun cas à un 4 étoiles. Les murs de la chambre sont dégoûtants et la chambre est petite. Aucun charme. Nous ne souhaitons pas y retourner.

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum, nahe der Einkaufsstraße, Metro, Anbindung zum Flughafen … ist für einen Kurztrip hervorragend! Doch der stolze Preis von 190€/Nacht für ein Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück ist tatsächlich zu viel, deshalb 3 Sterne. Die Ausstattung ist mittelmäßig angesichts des hohen Preises und nur für ein paar Nächte, für einen längeren Aufenthalt allerdings nicht geeignet (z.B. kein richtiger Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine sehr kurze Kleiderstange (ca. 40 cm lang) direkt über der Kaffeemaschine). Minibar war komplett leer, also kein Wasser oder Getränke im Zimmer.

Positive: close to the tram, good bed and pillows. Negative: constant door banging ( rooms and lift), breakfast absolutely NOT worth 15€, a total rip off. There was no bathroom door, very weird. Bring earplugs! Kitchen person touched her hair and face while sitting on the kitchen counter then scrolled her mobile phone and then started stocking the buffet. How about sanitizing one's hands! I don't understand how this hotel rates itself four stars.

Schön modernisiertes Hotel in altem Gebäude. Modernes Bad, hervorragende Connectivität des min. 40" TV für Streaming, da stört es nicht, dass es sonst nur französische Sender gibt. Modernes offenes Regalsystem mit reichlich Ablagefläche, Zimmersafe leider ohne Steckdose, ansonsten gute Größe. Putzpersonal leider völlig planlos, Bettwäschewechsel nach 5 Tagen ist schon etwas spät. Auf den höheren Regalböden lag cm dick der Staub, der Raum ist allerdings auch sehr hoch. Teilweise schlechter Geruch im Zimmer, vermutlich aus den Abflüssen, das erste Zimmer haben wir deshalb getauscht, was problemlos organisiert wurde. Frühstücksbuffet sah für 15 Euro p.P. nicht ansprechend aus, daher nicht ausprobiert. Es gibt eine Minute vom Hotel aber einen guten kleinen Bäcker. :-) Lidl und Carrefour sind auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Dicht zur Einkaufsstraße, zur Altstadt und dem Strand sind es gute 15 Min. Tramstation zum Flughafen ca. 10 Minuten fussläufig gut erreichbar. Insgesamt mehr wie ein gutes Airbnb mit Reinigung at random. Bei 4 Sternen erwartet man eigentlich mehr Hospitality, obwohl die schichtweise an der Rezeption sitzenden jungen Menschen immer sehr freundlich waren.
