We do not understand you review. First of all we welcomedmany coreans since the opening and you are the first who said that it is difficult for them. They had no trouble... It is not true to say you did not have water, the water from the tub is completely drinkable and you have an ice machine in the lobby and you had a carafe in your room. For ecology we avoid plastic; it is better for the planet! Even if you room overlooking a street, this street is not so busy especially at night where you have almost no traffic. Neverless we find your comment harsh and do not think it deserves so little. All the comments show real customer satisfaction and thank us for our welcome and the many services we offer for excellent value for money.

Rate is very competitive in front of the different hotels in Nice(one of the lowest); We offer many services that other don't provide. Even if bathroom is not very big; it is clean and you have everything you need. Fresh deluxe towels, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion...

We are so sorry that you did not like our hotel as it has to be. You've choosen a standard room (one of our smallest room). Bathroom is small but room is quite big for the category. We also offer many services that most of other hotels don't. Nevertheless Cosette and I thank you for your visit and your feedback.

Cosette and I thanks you so much for your nice review. Standard room is one of our smaller room, bathroom is small but convenient for using. We preferred a larger room where guests are spending more time.We are working a lot to offer numerous services that no other hotels are offering.

After many abuses we have been forced to be less flexible; we are a small hotel with only 7 rooms, it is impossible to stay 24/7. Working 14 hours a day is not acceptable. That the reason why we send at least 2 messages or more to remind to our guests the conditions (when we have a contact). Conditions are also explained on the website and your reservation. We were delighted welcoming you and as usual we are dooing all our best to satisfy our guests.

Cosette et moi vous remercions pour votre commentaire.Comme indiqué sur le site les horaires de réception (et d'arrivée) sont de 8h30 à 19h. Nous sommes un petit hôtel de seulement 7 chambres, il est impossible d'ouvrir la réception 24/24.Cette année de très nombreux retards de vols ou de délivrance de bagages, nous obligent à rester plus longtemps. Malheureusement il n'est pas réaliste de le faire tous les jours et de combler les manques de ponctualité des compagnies aériennes. Nous travaillons très dur pour la plus grande satisfaction de nos clients et continuerons dans la limite de nos capacités.
