โNice place for the price. Very Close to kings island, which is why we were there. Close to restaurants, and anything we needed. I would call it a value hotel, but ive stayed here multiple times. They have mads nice improvements. You cant beat the value provide for the price. Ill continue to stay here when im passing through. Rooms were clean and comfortable. โ
โI stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It was only my young son and I, and we felt safe staying here.. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked through the door. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it a nice review. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the area over the years and this was by far the nicest. โ
โStayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. โ

However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. โ
โThis review is part of our multiple room booking and both Rooms were part of the new remodel and Great! Staff always does a Great Job and after a Horrific Hotel stay across the River we were so Grateful to be back at the Courtyard with a Professional and Happy Staff. The Location is Excellent and makes for a Great Easy walking area! Always a Pleasure to visit โ
