“1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened.
When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy!
Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!!

“Ideal location. Building is poorly maintained. Rotten eves, bathroom fixtures are loose, locks on doors are rusted and falling off. Unable to lock and secure doors properly. Books and magazines in the reception area needs to be dusted and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
