“1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened. When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy! Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!! 2. No towels in the room upon check-in....

“Nothing was liked and nothing was good about this resort. Our family left the resort after 1 day due to the lack of hospitality and quality of anything on the resort. Also they did everything in their power to add additional fees room change, keeping room close together all normal request that we requested prior to check in but I would NEVER EVER visit this resort again. “The hospitality was top notch. Room was clean with an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The beach was amazing! Bartender Rashawn was also amazing and hooked us up all trip!”

“Despite the small hurricane water leaks, the staff gave everything they had to make sure we felt welcome. Top shelf drinks are not included in the all inclusive price. I recommend buying some liquor from the airport once you arrive: The beaches and rooms were clean. Food was a little short of what we expected, but I’m sure the quality will be better once the resort is back to perfection after all repairs. Again, I need top shelf liquor: no complaints for me.”

“The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change”
