“I went there for my birthday and i will be coming back with my kids. All I thought about was "they would love this" they had a water park, a movie theater, a bowling alley a lazy river among other things. Different restaurants to choose from. The staff was helpful and nice, My mouth fell on the floor when I walked into the check in area, Absolutely beautiful. I was my first time in jamaica and at this resort and it wont be my last!”
“The facility needs major upgrades to rank among the 2-STAR chains. I found out that the facility is a training institution for hotel servers, and hotel operators and their management staff. Well, more needs to be done to insert updated features and standards into the current program. I was disappointed in the overall operations.”
“Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family,and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts.
They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you,always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality!
