"My stay at Deja Resort All Inclusive was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our vacation was enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free. No matter what we needed, every team member greeted us with a smile, responded quickly, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Their exceptional hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. The resort itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the atmosphere throughout the property was welcoming and vibrant. One of the best features of Deja Resort is its location. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Everything you could want or need is conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area without spending a lot of time traveling. What truly sets Deja Resort apart is the people. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in creating memorable experiences. "The room i booked gave me a smoking option which I choose and when I arrived they said its non smoking ...also the room I booked looked great in the photos lots of storage space ....the room I was given WAS. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS and the wifi SUCKS DIDNT WORK HAD TO USE MY PHONE WHICH I DIDNT WANT TO DO"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for four days. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively impacted by a bathroom issue that was never resolved. From the first day, the shower drain was not working properly. The water would not recede after showering and would remain standing in the shower for an extended period of time. I reported the issue immediately and made numerous complaints throughout my stay. I even showed staff videos of the problem so they could clearly see what was happening. Despite my repeated complaints and providing video evidence, the issue was never fixed. For my entire four-day stay, I had to deal with standing water in the shower, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expected a functioning bathroom and a timely response to a maintenance issue of this nature. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. No one explained why the problem was not resolved, and no one from management reached out to discuss the issue or offer any form of resolution, even after I checked out. I understand that maintenance problems can happen, but when a guest reports the same issue multiple times over several days and provides proof of the problem, it should be addressed promptly. While I appreciated the facility and the courtesy of the staff, management's failure to resolve this issue left me very disappointed. I hope the hotel improves"

"Very disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We found hair, false eyelashes, and even the bed sheets appeared dirty, giving the impression that they had not been properly changed. The overall hygiene standards were far below what is expected from a hotel of this category. In addition, the service was poor and unprofessional, and the cost of the stay did not reflect the quality provided. For the price charged, I expected much better. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)"

"This was my first visit to Ocean Coral Spring The service was excellent. The property beautifully kept. Rooms and all facilities extremely clean. Food choices at the restaurant buffet was great. Could offer more Jamaican foods. Staff very friendly and eager to assist you. Definitely would recommend a stay with them."

"Swim out Room is a must have! The property size was not overwhelming and we really enjoyed the different restaurants and entertainment available. The main pool was very nice, however lacked pool side snacks or food bar. I would recommend and out revisit."
