“My room had an ocean view and was clean, well appointed, and aesthetically relaxing. The staff could not have been friendlier and more generous with their time and resources to make sure I had the exact experience I wanted. “1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened. When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy! Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!! 2. No towels in the room upon check-in....

“Friendly staff”

“This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future”
