"The hotel is fabulous but is really big. When I arrived, I had no idea where to park and ended up parking too far away. When I got to the desk to check-in. I asked for a closer parking and was advised of one, but when I checked out a gentleman in front of me was handed a map upon checking in, Why didn't I get a map? So the level of customer service of the front desk attendees varies! Hotel is very clean and plenty of food options."

"I loved everything about the place, except for the hot tub not being there anymore. I could see where it had been, but it looked like it was pretty freshly concreted over. That was disappointing considering it was still in the photos they have posted on here. The pool looked nice, but I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub so I didn’t use it. Other than that I had zero issues, everything was clean and the staff very friendly."
