"The property and room were exceptionally clean. The breakfast in the morning cost $7.50 per person but there were lots of choices. Staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Hotel also had easy access off the main Interstate in Knoxville. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on the premises. We liked the comfort of the beds, my only criticism was they were very high off the floor. I am small and had to really scramble to get into the bed each night. Otherwise everything was great."

"Staff very friendly, property was very clean. Breakfast had variety. Room was small, be prepared no microwave or coffee maker for you coffee drinkers. They do offer 24 hr coffee in the lobby as well as free bottled waters, as well as a nice assortment of snack items for purchase. Overall good stay."
