“It was a nice property and the staff were great. However, the carpets were disgusting. They needed cleaned badly. This made the room feel unclean but it wasn’t. Hopefully they get them cleaned soon.”

They told me they were out of towels on the third day. On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. “The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that...
