"We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back. The building itself is beautiful and has a lot of character, and everything felt well-maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The location is another big plus - being so close to the Old Market area made it super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and explore the area without needing to drive much.
Breakfast was decent. It’s not included, but the paid option had enough variety to start the day.
We also appreciated that when an issue came up, the staff tried to make it right. We had originally booked the hotel because it advertised a complimentary shuttle. When I reached out ahead of time to ask about reserving it, I was told they no longer offered that service. While that was disappointing and a bit inconvenient since we had to rely on rideshares, the hotel did offer a breakfast credit upon request to help offset the extra cost.
The only real downside to our stay was the shower setup. It’s quite small and has an awkward step up from the bathroom, and unfortunately, water tended to spill out onto the floor pretty easily.
Overall, despite a couple of minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff."
"The place was dirty. The same breakfast everyday-waffles ,cereal or toast. There was 8-12 in.space between the tub and the toilet. They did not clean our room our entire stay. The air conditioning and the heat was so loud you had to turn the tv up. There was a peice of gum stuck to my pillow under the case. A charge of 25 dollars to check in early. The tile was cracked inside and out side. The werepieces of the awning missing. I took pictures. Could not believe everything that was wrong. Was hoping to send them to someone."
"Hotel smelled - room appeared clean - but upon closer look the carpet was not swept. Musty smell on 3rd floor and in my room Lots of trash in parking lot too - not what I expected from this brand - although staff was friendly"
"There was poop all over the shower curtain and the thermostat didn’t work. We was miserable and when we told staff they told us there was no other room available "
"Staff was always pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Nice variety at breakfast. Extremely conveniently located for families of Creighton students. There were minor cleanliness things in our room that I noticed and we had a room that faced Cuming St and traffic was very loud all hours of the night. Still worth it with the location, just glad I have a noise machine app on my phone! Was a little annoyed with having to pay for parking, as well, and had some difficulty with the online parking management company, but the front desk was helpful with the issue. Overall, decent stay and I would book again. "
"My family stayed from Saturday into Monday in two rooms. I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was absolutely PHENOMENAL and beyond helpful (didn't get her name). We arrived on Saturday right before 3pm (check in) and got checked in super quickly. The issues started once we got to the rooms, the hotel was practically a mess due to construction ( no issues there, didn't really affect our stay) both rooms had tons of gross looking stains all over the carpets, neither room had hot water ( woman at front desk helped the most she could by giving us an empty room to shower in) then the internet was spotty at best and then totally went out for close to 12 hours. one of the rooms completely filled with marijuana smoke (woman at front desk was super helpful here too. and went to investigate where smell was coming from) the pool that they heavily advertised was closed and the gym was taped off. the breakfast consisted of soggy fries, hard sausage, yogurt and stale cereal. Both rooms had exposed wires from the air conditioners with a makeshift wood board under it to try to hide wires, holes in the walls and stained pillows and blankets, sticky desk and tables."
