"I’ve enjoyed previous stays here, however, I was placed in a ground floor unit that had a serious ant infestation. Would avoid booking until pest control can be completed."

"The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street for $6 / day (9am - 9pm, no charge overnight or all day Sunday)."

"The pool is much smaller than pictures visualize. Staff was poliet. Our room was disgusting. Someone's sock was on the floor from previous visitors. Also alcohol bottle caps on the floor. Our phone wasn't even connected to the wall and there was no wires to plug it in. That is a security issue. Thankfully we had an attached room with family so we were able to use theres to call the front desk when someone decided to bang on our door at almost midnight. Definitely wouldn't book there again. The TV isn't connected to the same wifi so you can't cast movies off your peraonal devices."

"Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. "

"We booked the Suite with 3 beds and the sofa. It was perfect. So much room! Nice table that fit 8 people around it so we had local visitors for a while without having to go down to the lobby for table space. The Staff was super friendly and made our stay! There were waffles for breakfast but no eggs, bacon/sausage. Otherwise, it was a great location and experience.. "
