Once we found it, we called, got the key code to get in and went in to check out the room before unloading luggage. The front was plain but well cared for. “Great hotel! Beautiful scenery and access to sandy, soft beach. Eat at Sea Glass to enjoy the sunset and yummy dinner and drinks. Big plus for dogs! Truly, a pet friendly hotel! Grassy area and parking lot connects to the 6th floor where you’d most likely be. Excellent staff, service and nicely updated rooms! We will be back! :)”

“Breakfast was muffins bananas & coffee. No place to sit. Had to return to room. Commode ran constantly unless you waited. Was running when we entered the room. Bathroom sink was slow. Not really bad enough for a complaint. Did let the front desk know. Nice znd clean. Good bed.”

“Be prepared to not be able to check in until past 4 which is a pain when there are plans and the town closes at 5. And the staff doesn’t seem to care and it seems normal. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell which never goes away. I wish we had a better experience.”

“We typically choose Anchor Inn for its kitschy appeal, fire pits, and cabins with separate bedrooms. It's always clean, the staff are attentive to requests, and there is good parking. There is a small bar if you don't feel like driving through town, and is in walking distance to Otis Cafe. Their prices are more than reasonable!”

“The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they put a lot of effort into caring for their guests and the property. It was a clean hotel and the breakfast had the fairly standard offerings. Waffles, eggs you can microwave, toast, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, that type of thing. There were a few dings, dents, and minor damage around the walls and doors and the place in general, but it is well maintained, just older. The bed in our room felt a little old too....
