“This hotel was so beautiful! Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beach is literally steps out the back of the hotel. Restaurant was delicious and onsite. Everything was perfect….highly recommend!”

“Easy parking. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The pool is indoors. Complementary breakfast was really good to! The bed and pillows alwere also super comfy. And the guy at the front desk was funny and welcoming. The hotel was about a 5 minute drive from some restaurants and the public beach access. Thanks for the stay!”

“The Staff were great and very kind. Beds weren’t super comfy, unfortunately but it wasn’t necessarily horrible either. My kids loved the aquarium room though in the lobby. Overall, i would say for the price, it’s a decent stay.”

“We started only a night as there were travel mixups so I could not give a full assessment. However it was quite expensive for what we were getting and I did not have a very welcoming experience at Check-in. Again I would say my experience is probable not typical and the hotel is on rye beach so big selling point.”

“Ice machines on all floors out of service, no towels available at all for pool, hot tub or extras for your room. We're told several times they were working on it but never were available. No TV remote in room, eventually got one, room was super hot no ac. Sauna out of service. Stained bed sheets”

“The room was reasonably priced. It was not overlooking the ocean, but it was so beautifully decorated and had a wonderful stay!”

“The property is showing a lot of wear and tear. Furniture is stained, dingy tiles, doors are really banged up, strong perfume smell to cover up a musty smell. The front desk help was not very friendly and had a hands off approach, directing us to the laundry room to get our blankets ourselves. We appreciate being able to bring our dogs but having other dog owners allowing their dogs to bark out the open windows non stop while we try to enjoy our balcony was acceptable.
