“We were expecting this place to be good because of the exceptional rating, but when we arrived and went into the condo we found out that it was beyond our expectation, it was great. It had a gorgeous ocean view, was well prepared, nicely decorated, and was prepared for literally everything. Even the beautiful flowers in the living room I thought artificial, turned out to be fresh cut flowers. The garden outside was so nice and relaxing. “We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups with getting the Playstation and TV to work but we found the remote in the master bedroom a couple days later. There was cut glass on top of the ice maker. We didn't realize it until my son cut his finger and my daughter ended up with glass in her water bottle. The WiFi password didn’t work, so no internet or phone service. No way to contact the check-in office. Looked in the window. The unit was very, very dirty. There was only one other unoccupied unit, locked with no key, and also very dirty. We left.”
