“The stay that my partner & I had was phenomenal! This resort is extremely clean, with a ton of food/ drink options to choose from. There are a lot of fun activities that happen throughout the day to keep you busy. We were more than pleased with our stay, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. “The location is really breathtaking. It is low season so only one restaurant was open for meals (but be sure to check out the views at susnset). The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the waterslide (Tsunami speed). The views of the Volcano were wow! And the thermal springs in the afternoon (accompanied by a number of monkies above were just what the docter ordered). ”

“Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room...
