I think the high reviews came from when this place was brand new (because the rooms overall are nice), but seems to have had a rough patch and either we got super unlucky with our room, or they just don’t care/aren’t staffed properly to...

“The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay!”
