"The Omni Mount Royal needs updating. The bathroom was tired and linens and tissue were sparse. The breakfast which is not included in room rates was decent but service was slow."

"La personne a l'accueil était très chaleureuse. Le lobby avait des déchets au sol et était loin de refléter les photos sur le site. L'ascenseur était très sale avec encore des déchets au sol. Nous avons séjourné au 5 ieme étage et la chambre était ok"
