Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport, Trademark Wyndham
8/10 Good
"Beautiful hotel, room was small but comfortable. Shower didn’t drain properly and shower head sprayed water everywhere. We really enjoyed the pool, breakfast was okay. One of our blankets had stains. Hotel associates were very kind. Riverwalk, stores and restaurants were nearby. A nice, quiet and calm hotel."
"We love staying here! Unlike the San Antonio Plaza across the way, this hotel has delightful service, pays attention to details, and has been a surprisingly reasonably priced luxury option for our staycations in San Antonio. The service is so great, they are responsive, kind, personable, and never make you feel like an idiot for misplacing your key. The property is attractive and the room we always get is spacious. The one issue is the concrete floor, which can be a little cold. But the robes, the soaking tub in our room, and the view of Hemisfair are great! The daily food and beverage credit and in room snack service credit add to the appeal. The location can't be beat, close to Southtown (where we usually park - you can find safe and free parking on certain streets, usually less than a quarter mile from the hotel - MUCH better deal than the $60 valet parking. Great access to food, drink, the river, the Pearl and Southtown, local museums like the Brisco and SAMA, and lots of fantastic restaurants. In short, this hotel is pretty amazing, much better than many of the recent overpriced but underwhelming hotels to pop up in our fair city."
"We had dirty sheets, floors were disgusting in hallways gross. Probably the dirtiest I’ve seen any building. Elevators slow and took forever and would close on you as you entered.
Plus was close to everything and they let you check in early. The bed was made but made with dirty bloody sheets.
Towels were hard as a rock - just couldn’t believe the overall care of the place."
