“Nice clean rooms”

“This is a perfect hotel to stay at when you'd like to prioritize relaxing over the tourist stuff in the city. Just far enough away to have some quiet but close enough you can still enjoy downtown Mackinac. The staff was extremely helpful, I had a tv issue happen fairly late at night and one of the employees fixed it almost immediately. Would stay here every time i'm in the area.”

“Perfect location with beautiful view of the lake and bridge. While it is an older hotel, it was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend!”

“Cute renovated motel rooms. There was a vintage Magic Chef cookstove that had working burners, there were pots and dishes so we could cook our corn on the cob dinner. Quiet, safe location. Only small thing is that there is a window air conditioner, so if you sleep in the bed by the window then it blows all night right on or over you. If the weather is cooler, this would not be relevant. Bathroom is small but everything works including the shower, good water pressure. Great for an overnight...

“Honestly, I was here for the reasonable rate. My expectations were low. BUT- if I were near Grayling again, I would go out of my way to stay here. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, soft sheets, QUIET! Beautifully renovated but still feels like a vintage time capsule 1940s motor court.”

“This is a great option for the price. The lake is just across the street. Within walking distance of the Main Street with shops and restaurants.”
