"I checked in and didn’t put up the do not disturb sign not thinking the staff would come into the room when I had just check in. I put some stuff in the fridge and they ended up taking it wasn’t to happy when I came back and it was gone."

"Clean, friendly, and a great pool and hot tub! Walking distance from restaurants and shopping! We loved our stay and will absolutely be back!"

"We had to wait 10 minutes to check in because 3 teenage girls, two in bikinis, were soliciting in the check in area. Not sure if they were attempting to book a room or just what, but they did not appear to be adults. Upon opening the room, we were overwhelmed with the smell of dog feces and pee. The shower curtain smelled awful too and made the bathroom stink as well. We left the hotel and purchased room deodorizer to tolerate the smell. Clearly the carpet needs shampooing and the shower curtain should be replaced. Staff were all very friendly, and bed was comfortable."

"Plenty to do for the entire family. Love that the kids are allowed in the hot tub (if that's what you're looking for, my kids love it) There is such a variety of options for activity."

"Wonderful staff, front desk woman was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Our only disappointment was how we really couldn’t enjoy a relaxing evening by the pool/in the hot tub. Even as late as 10-11pm it was full of kids. I understand kids are just having fun, but it was well over a dozen kids (you can imagine how loud that is) and jumping into the pool (cannonballs galore lol) so not exactly relaxing. My only suggestion would be that the last couple later hours at the pool be adults only. "

"Another great stay at the Scandinavian Lodge. The room was spacious and clean. The location is great. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the staff was friendly at check-in, checkout and when we called the front desk with a question. Would stay again!"

"I gave it a 3 because the maintenance person tried to be helpful even though there was a limit on resources. Most of the rooms had sustained water damage so I was the only guest in street side of the building so the best part was how quiet it was day and night. Had the place to myself, even the office. The cell coverage and WiFi did not reach into the room. "
