"Walked in thinking it was alright. Was told the elevator was broken. Should have taken it as a sign but went with it. Grabbed our bags and walked up dirty stairs to room. Room seemed alright. Spouse poured water in a glass and mentioned a bug. Thought maybe a gnat or something and moved on. Then ..."

"Cooktop: I am sure 100% who run electrical wire DID NOT Know What he/she was doing. Normal 220VAC at 30A or 40A. The cooktop is 115VAC at 15A......Just boil the water took 5 hours very bad."

"parking was awful. found 2 bugs in room , stayed 2 days asked for clean towels 3 times no one ever sent themm to my room as promised . all of Tv channels didn’t work , room was smaller than expected . a lot of dust!"
