“We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday and Sunday… Everything in the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I cannot rate that. Many things accessible, such as restaurants, sports bars, shopping, etc. Transportation was close by, but we did not use it. But if we had needed it, it would’ve been very convenient. Everything was outstanding and we would definitely stay again! ”

“This is one of my favorites in Kansas City. The setting is lovely, rooms are huge and the bar & restaurants are fabulous. I love the bar staff, they’re friendly and always have spot on recommendations. ”

“We called for room service; the operator mentioned that he'd call back once he got the list of Champaignes but we never got the call. Asked the front desk and they also were no help. The overall staycation was great but I wish we got to use room service ”
