“We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. “Overall it was a nice hotel. We just had a series of small items, that when put together equals a lesser review. The light by the nightstand was flickering constantly, so we had to ask for a new bulb, which we received right away. The shampoo in the shower was empty, it was filled as soon as we pointed it out. Our room was right behind the elevators, so we had to listen to the elevator every time it moved. The hot tub in the pool area was lukewarm warm at best on the first evening. It was...

“Everything was excellent, the hotel front desk clerk was very helpful. I checked in online and paid for my room and the fees, I just think that this hotel needs to have it written or explained somewhere in their add that they require a $100 dollar deposit for local's to rent a room from your establishment. Other than that little detail it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you for having me!”
