"When I first arrived and checked into our room, it wasn’t comfortable for me or my family. The showers were filthy, the master bathroom sinks had not been cleaned, there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors, and the washing machine had mildew inside. I immediately did not feel comfortable laying in the beds.
I called guest services and explained the issues. They said they would send someone up to clean everything, but hours passed and by around 9:00 PM no one had come. I called guest services again and spoke to the same person, and instead of sending housekeeping, they moved us to another room.
The second room was better and smelled like it had just been cleaned. However, the master bathroom shower still wasn’t in great condition, so we wore sandals while showering.
Another thing I disliked was that the resort charges for almost everything. The water park is free, but attractions like the Flow Rider require an additional fee. If someone in your group loses a room key—charge. Early check-in—charge. Late check-out—charge. Extra towels—charge.
Overall, the resort was okay outside of the room conditions, but based on my experience, I do not plan on coming back."
