"There was no food available to purchase from the hours of 9am - 5pm. The pool was out of order. Having access to the listed amenities was part of the reason I choose to stay here. Knowing they were unavailable, I would not have chosen to stay."

Then the room that they gave me had a half eaten bag of chips in one of the cupboards as well as a used towel under the sink area from the last person to use the room, which tells me that the room is not thoroughly cleaned. They also served a small meal buffet style, like hot dogs. It was a nice touch. The room was good, the only complaint was the fridge wasn’t keeping my breast milk cold. I had to call the front desk. Management came up and had to pull the fridge out. We saw that they didn’t clean the top of the fridge and it was set to low. He turned it up for me and apologized for house cleaning. Super nice guy. "As I sat in my room, I heard the lock click, and the door opened - I had the safety latch on, so they were not able to get inside. I immediately went to the door, and no one was visible. I called the front desk to investigate and was told it was a maintenance person who accidentally went to the wrong room. This behavior is not acceptable under any circumstances. Any worker should knock on a door and identify themselves before trying to access a room. They also should not run away when they realize a mistake was made. If this were truly what happened, my expectation would be for the person to remain at the door with their identification clearly displayed to explain who they are and why they were attempting to access the room. After calling the front desk, I would also expect to receive a communication from leadership letting me know the issue was documented and escalated, and assuring me there was a plan in place to reduce the chance it could happen in the future. Definitely not the response I expected from a Hilton facility."
