"Breakfast ran out every morning 10 minutes after it started and the staff refused to refill anything. The property is in a state of utter disrepair—which they claim is renovation but there is zero evidence of said renovation. Pool drained, looks like a rotten pit. The carpet in my room was wet for some reason and remained so most of the trip. They let unhoused people come in and eat breakfast and sit on the floor in the lobby. At night, a dude with a knife circled the parking lot on a bike. The staff laughed at me and made fun of me and rolled their eyes and got mad at me when I complained. I wasn’t the only one who complained. It seemed no one was happy to be staying at this hotel. "

The mattress was a lil stiff but I got a good night's sleep once the nearby music outside died down around 9 and the neighboring room cut off their TV around 11 (thi The neighborhood is run down but the place has no control over that. They do a good job with security, "one entrance" that's monitored at least. "
