"Very cool place! great room , excellent front desk Johnie, next day staff Chris!! Really nice guys. Made sure we got in ok and when we checked out that all was good…. excellent location. Will come again but…. Hate to say this….. Please fix the restaurant… . Hard to believe its connected to the hotel. Bad service, dry food. The manager let us sit there and ignored us even after checking on a table 2 away from us. 20 min later the bus boy saw us waiting. No bueno. "

"Our stay was great. The room was clean as well as the hotel. My only complaint is the water pressure is not so good when taking a shower. The breakfast was also good with several great choices. I would definitely stay again at this hotel."

"I was moved to 3 different rooms in 3 days. 1st room - AC unit was so loud it sounded like a helicopter landing in my room. So we moved. 2nd room, came back from my daughters graduation and could not get in my room and we refused to go back down 4 flights of stairs bc the elevator was out, so maid let us in. I go to the bathroom to realize my entire shower was taken apart while we were gone and there was no water. Turns out they had to turn off the water due to a leak. Anyway I tried to call down to find out what was going on, only to realize the phone doesn’t work. Then they attempted to move me back in the room I originally left bc of the noise. So then we were moved to the 3rd room ALL THE WAY to the other end of the hall and so I had to repack everything AGAIN to move. Staff was nice enough, but there was no partial refund or anything given for any inconveniences. "

"The property upkeep is not the same as other Sonesta I’ve stayed at. The breakfast is not at par with same brand. Not sure if there is a change in management."
