"First they say they have a airport shuttle.They do have airport shuttle but it's 3rd party and service 4 more hotels.Thats good for there business but the shuttle only pick you up from the airport and drop you back to the airport.unlike several hotels in the area that there shuttles will take you to dinner,walmart,etc,etc.we spent 15 dollars to go 1.5 miles with Uber for dinner,which was at the international Plaza.It took 40 mins for the shuttle to get to us at the airport when we landed which really Sucks !The only bright part of the trip was Mrs.Tiffany and the night crew.They were very welcoming and ready to help.Mrs.Tiffany during checking did a awesome Job but we was already upset but she brought that 10 we was on,down to a 6 still pissed!No coffee downstairs.
Also the A/c didn't work properly, it was 2 am we didn't want to move rooms , so we just dealt
with it.Sorry we will never book this hotel again.Lost a guest for amenities."
